Eatonia Oasis Living employs over 20 people in Full Time, Part Time and Casual positions. A full benefit package is available for those who are eligible. Our staff is unionized by the Canadian Union of Public Employees, (C.U.P.E. 4174). There are six departments in our facility:

Administration – In collaboration with the Eatonia Oasis Living Board of Directors, the Administration team consisting of an Administrator and an Administrative Assistant will provide admitting/discharge, clerical and receptionist services; accounts receivables/payables; record management of employees, and perform general administration duties.
Resident Care Aide – Under the supervision of the Eatonia Oasis Living Administrator and Board of Directors, the Resident Care Aide will provide basic care to residents by assisting them with their personal, physical, social and recreational needs; assisting with selected treatments and diagnostic procedures; maintaining clean orderly equipment and assisting with clerical duties as required.
Housekeeping/Laundry/Care Aide – Under the supervision of the Eatonia Oasis Living Administrator and Board of Directors, the Housekeeping/Laundry/Aide will maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the facility; follow proper laundering procedures; and provide basic resident care by assisting them with their personal, physical, social and recreational needs.
Dietary – Under the supervision of the Eatonia Oasis Living Administrator and Board of Directors, the Dietary personal provides the daily food requirements for the residents; assists with the ordering of supplies; and maintains a safe, clean environment.
Activities – Under the supervision of the Eatonia Oasis Living Administrator and Board of Directors, the Activity Director will organize daily activities for the residents of Eatonia Oasis Living; assist with exercise programs set out by Occupational Therapist; and assist with other day to day happenings at the facility.
Maintenance – Under the supervision of the Eatonia Oasis Living Administrator and Board of Directors, the Maintenance personal will maintain a safe and sanitary environment in the facility and on the grounds for the welfare of the residents and staff.
